Felix Cavaliere was the lead vocalist and keyboard player for the 1960s hitmakers The Young Rascals hitting the top 20 with nine chart singles. Along with The Righteous Brothers, they were one of the best-known examples of '60s blue-eyed soul music. Felix continued on with a solo career throughout the 1970s and '80s. He performed as part of the Spring Break Reunion series on June 12,1987 at the Rodeo Arena in Davie, Florida. Songs included here are three Rascals classic hits and his version of Wilson Pickett's "In the Midnight Hour". Cavaliere's set is featured as part of the American Dreamin' volume in the concert series, appearing with other 1960s artists -- The Kingston Trio, John Sebastian, Scott McKenzie, and The Mamas & The Papas.
